We'll be keeping you up to date there at what's going on at the institute, and also firing out quick tips and updates to help you constantly improve as an indoor cycling instructor and/or venue manager. The hub  of communication will still be in your inbox if you've signed up for our CPD updates as well as here in the resources section, but we're going to be sharing more 'abroad' too.
