Our indoor cycling instructor courses are the most up to date available and include useful materials not available with other courses. They cost less than Spinning courses and have no expiry date. On passing the course, you'll be able to instruct indoor cycling effectively, to a higher standard and in a way that appeals to a much greater population. All our entry level courses offer 10 CIMSPA points on successful completion.

Course format:

 One day course: You need level 2/3 gym isntructing, personal training or exercise to music to do this course. 
1. Complete the online precourse learning (to be completed prior to attending the course date)
2. Attend your course day, learn in a small group
3. Be assessed on the day.

Online course: You do not need prior fitness industry training to do this course.
1. Complete the self-paced online course
2. Submit your theory, session plan and practical assessments.

Two day course: You do not need prior fitness industry training to do this course.
1. Complete the online precourse learning (to be completed prior to attending the course date)
2. Attend your course days, learn in a small group
3. Be assessed on the day.
