120 minute Hard profile: Poison Frogs

Mega 2hr Indoor Cycling Profile: Poison Frog

This 2 hour profile is a hard one.

It is broken down into the following sections:

• Warm up
• Poison Frog intervals - high intensity explosive intervals bracketing longer threshold intervals
• Under-overs - dodging above and below your FTP
• Bobble hat intervals - steadily increasing the power and a short explosive burst at the top. Two first halves, one whole one, two second halves
  
• Two climbs, one progressive and one self-directed to tire you out (if you're not already, which you should be!)
• Cool down
