Free 45min indoor cycling profile: Bobble Hats

After warming up, riders first of all tackle under-over intervals and then move into the 'bobble hat' intervals with gradula increases in power, and then an explosive burst at the top, followed by a gradual decrease in power just when you wanted to recover! This will force the body to recover at higher intensities.

This session is suitable for experienced riders and those who are training for events.
