Indoor Cycling Institute is now on Instagram

It's taken a bit of time, but yes, we're now on Instagram. you can find us at @indoorcyclinginst. We'll be keeping you up to date there at what's going on at the institute, and also firing out quick tips and updates to help you constantly improve as an indoor cycling instructor and/or venue manager. The hub  of communication will still be in your inbox if you've signed up for our CPD updates as well as here in the resources section, but we're going to be sharing more 'abroad' too.

I'm Angela, and I develop and look after the content we teach in our pre-qualification as well as CPD courses. I'll be sharing my quick tips with you on Instagram by video as well as microblog posts which you'll be able to munch up and act on in less than a minute.
