This session will have your riders practising working at different intensities while staying in their aerobic zone. You'll start out some over-unders to get them pumping, and then head for the 'bobble hat' intervals which builds intensity and gradually reduces it.
This is an aerobic version of the 45 minute Hard Bobble hats session which is based on power. You can find that here.
This session is suitable for riders who are familiar with indoor cycling.
